I lived there for one year and have three-year-old friends there. The interior apartments are just ok, though spacious. Since only one of the two elevators in the building has been operational for the past three years or more,that shows that the building's management is poor. People had difficulty locating replacement windows if the mechanism malfunctioned or if other theoretically minor problems occurred. Although it hasn't happened to me personally, parcel theft is a real occurrence and temperament with the post boxes as well. I would only recommend living there if you have low expectations and the patience to deal with constant minor issues with the building and the apartments within. I also would recommend it if you want to live with a flatmate and not alone.
