        My mother is a vunural person being constantly targeted by another male who resides within the same building Ive raised this issue twice with people who work within the accommodation yet nothings been done about it .. the emoitional and financial abuse continues months later I wouldnt recommend this accommodation to anyone

        No WiFi to apartments. Delays in repairs. Company controls when you can use your heating.

        The lift has been out of order for weeks and the temporary replacement stairlift is not of the wrap around variety. Not very accessible if you live upstairs and are in a wheelchair. The situation has not been handled very well.
