Premier Inn Newcastle (Washington) hotel

Stayed here with my son who has autism. First person we made contact with was Jack, he had a big smile, and pleasant greeting, I don't think he realised at the time what a difference to our day he day he had just made. Ryan on reception was brilliant, as were all the staff for the two night stay. Breakfast was great, value for money, and tasty, Jack again couldn't do enough to make things as easy and comfortable as possible for us. A massive thank you to everyone. You are a credit to yourselves, and the Premier Inn as a whole.

The best stay ever at Washington Premier Inn due to the Outstanding Customer Service. I stayed Friday 28th April for one night and would like to say a massive well done to all the staff on duty that evening and the following morning. From the lady on reception to Jack, Ryon? and Les the chef. They were all warm , friendly and attentive with lovely smiles. The breakfast was superb. I opted for full english , which was freshly cooked on demand by Les the chef. It came hot, great presentation and cooked perfectly. So lovely to have it cooked and served rather than buffet style. ( Though buffet breakfasts at Premier Inn are good) A thankyou to cleaners too. As usual the room was immaculate. I love Premier Inn. Always a good night stay and always sleep well on their very comfy beds. But Washington Premier Inn is Exceptional due to the superb staff who excel in their jobs. Thankyou. Room was immaculate, as always with Premier Inn.
