Poor service. Only got unto building as the cleaners were still working. Had to oay another 150 bond to cover for damages, which I knew nothing about. Roof leaked. Stains on bedding and towels. Resident smoking cannabis. Toilet loose. Low water pressure and no cooking facilities at all. Will never use again

Booked but did not stay. After booking I was added to a WhatsApp group with 8 "members of management" to look after my stay. They then began asking me to send them money by direct payment to a bank account for a deposit and a photo of my ID. Made it very uncomfortable and cautious about the thought of staying. After sitting outside the property for half hour waiting for replies from this dodgy WhatsApp group, I decided to book elsewhere.

Avoid this place if i had read the reviews before i booked it i wouldnt of i booked this place no reception tried calling the host no reply i had to attend a funeral next day drove 280 miles to not be able to get in and stay i messaged host several times and also stated i had a funeral to go to as my mum just passed away most humans with a heart wouldnt leave you stranded 280 miles away from home when needed to attend funeral upon arriving at the place it looks nothing like a good apartment infact looks very unwelcoming dark and dingy i would definatley avoid this place its cheap for a reason a hostel would probaly be more welcoming Hope this review helps others
