        Sent an email explaining in detail, but no response has been forthcoming. Shower fitting faulty causing bathroom flooding, tv signal inadequate strength to watch any Chanel. Breakfast service poor and stretched due to single member of front of house, probably explained the quality and quantity of breakfast buffet presented at 9am. In all property is advertised as a spa luxury hotel, but offers a low standard experience at spa prices!! Shame no response from hotel management has to date not materialised.

        Hotel was nice but we kept getting lost trying to find our room and reception as the signs were not clear and easy to read. Also, there was only one person on reception when we arrived so we couldnt have the adjoining doors in our rooms unlocked until the morning as the lady wasnt allowed to leave reception unattended. The guy hotel manager was a bit rude and condescending.

        Arrived to celebrate with a close friend, asked for upgrade on arrival and given a more spacious room plus arrival. drinks. A lovely start to our stay. Enjoyed time in the pool ... A little crowded but still relaxing - other guests might need reminding to shower after being in the sauna/steam room. Ate in the restaurant - limited menu but enjoyable. New staff require a little training. Room comfortable and slept well. Breakfast service good.
