something different for all level's of fitness finally a gym in the north east that understand different fitness level's.For the first time in a long time i look forward to going in.I've always lost intrest after a few month's but Martin is always coming up with fresh idea's and excellent workout's .I wont be leaving this place well done lad's keep up the good work .

I cannot recommend LBl enough! Martin and his other PTs have been fantastic, I am someone who had always struggled with my weight and no confidence going into gyms. Totally changed thanks to LBL 4 stone off and still going in the right direction. Class trainers class gym class atmosphere!

I started as felt lost in which ways are best to get results and to enjoy exercise again. Great service from start with friendly trainers and welcoming teams.
