        Ive been doing the 6 week semi PT sessions since 2022 - great gym, great PT, and Ive made some great friends along the way! I love exercise so much that I now work out 5 times a week - cant wait to continue to see results, highly recommend going to this gym!

        Brilliant gym with zero egos in it. Andy is a top lad but better trainer. He has a wealth of knowledge and his results speak for themselves. Id recommend the Unit to anyone!

        I have been attending Unit 29 Fitness for around 8 years. The gym is well equipped and an awesome place to train. I have received numerous programmes and coaching from Andy, he is a quality coach with a huge amount of knowledge. I couldn't recommend Andy and the gym enough!
