So last week my dad had a boiler replaced everything was going well until radiator burst in the bed room.an the company has now asked for 200 from a pensioner to replace it .it was working fine before they replaced boiler.ive just tried to contact them again through live chat to be ignored.surly if you break it you fix at no extra cost.

Heat First came and installed a new boiler for me. The level of service I received was absolutely brilliant. I got to admit being a bit of a difficult customer as a new home owner with lots of questions, but they were patient, polite and I felt they were pleased to answer my questions. The after service was great, they contacted me after install to make sure I was happy. Ill be coming back for those radiators. Thanks to the lads!
