Like everywhere. Good staff n not so good staff but universal credit is a shambles for everyone claiming it. Vote the tories out.

All changed since I was last there, people were nice, friendly and helpful. Don't need to go every two weeks like before, I can keep in touch via email.

Had to attend with my Daughter for her universal credit claim and we were worried about the process and the attitude from staff as a result of another jobcentre. However, have never been so wrong!!!. The staff were absolutely wonderful and so helpful and down to earth and it was the easiest appointment ever. It's important to give praise as sometimes jobcentre staff get the worst publicity.
