We had Daniel replace a total of three bathrooms last year. Subsequently, we have had numerous issues with each room. Bathroom 1 - We had a massive flood in the kitchen from this bathroom and have substantial damage to the carpet outside the bathroom. A full row of tiles have also come away as shown on the images. Bathroom 2 - The free-standing bath wasn't secured to the floor and was stuck down with a minute amount of silicone. It now moves around the floor and we are unable to use the bath as it poured water out of the overflow pipe onto the new flooring when the bath moved. Bathroom 3 - The tiling in the en-suite is disgraceful. Daniel reduced my bill by 200 to cover the errors, rather than come out and sort them. I have tried to get in touch with Daniel, but had no response. We have now got another company in who have confirmed the standard of workmanship leaves a lot to be desired. Would I recommend this company to carry out repairs or renovations? Certainly not, unless you aren't interested in having it done properly. UPDATE! We have had another flood, this time in our dining room. Reason... Daniel thought he would bodge the main bathroom toilet after he cut the pipe leading to the toilet too short. You can see the piece of pipe lying on the floor which he wedged on to the main pipe, after cutting the pipe too short. We have had to pay another company to come in and put all of Daniel's bodges right. To say I am unhappy is an understatement. Stay well clear, he clearly doesn't have a clue how to carry out renovations with any skill.

Dan from Peake Performance Plumbing and Heating came to give a quote a new boiler. Instead, Dan fixed the Boiler, the same boiler our previous and now ex boiler service engineer said was unrepairable. Not only that but Dan took time to identify the source of a completely separate leak, which we initial thought was from a radiator. Dan didnt need to identify the leak, especially after the radiator was ruled out, but he did. When Dan arrived we expected him to do his inspection go home, send us a quote after the weekend and maybe give us a working boiler a week or two later, if we were lucky. Instead, Dan gave us a working boiler, customer service beyond anything we had the right to expect and a savings of thousands, all in the same afternoon.
