avoid at all costs wont finish the job ,ignores calls ,doesn't turn up took 1500 to fit boiler but hasn't finished the job ,total rip off have now reported him to gas safe

A great service, was very pleasant and understood what I wanted. Kept me upto date with what's was going on, even worked around the decorator at no extra cost or issues. Lee did a fantastic job and would highly recommend his work.

Update 23/11/22 : Lee is no longer at the address given by Google. This has been confirmed by the enforcement officer. Wouldn't even give one star. Absolutely a cowboy. Lee turned up this time last year and gave us a really good quote and organised to come back end of October. Arrived 2 days earlier than originally organised and ripped out the old bathroom leaving the old tiles on the walls. Then we didn't see him the week the work was ment to happen and had no contact from him, we tried but he didn't pick up. Eventually the week after the work was supposed to happen Lee turned up for about an hour before disappearing again. He did this twice that week. We then didn't hear or see much of him again. We had to beg for him to come a put a bath and toilet in which he said he needed to rest of the money to do so we gave him it. He had the audacity to call on boxing day whilst we were away for Christmas demanding to know when we would be available for him to do the work after he had not turned up to the re arrangement made by us with him just before Christmas. This happened several times. He now doesn't even respond to the courts and bailiffs probably will be round to see him soon. DON'T BOTHER WITH LEE. HE WONT BOTHER WITH YOU JUST AFTER YOUR MONEY. BOTH MINE AND MY PARTNER WERE BLOCKED BY HIM FROM CONTACT HIM BEFORE WE WENT TO COUNTY COURT. HE STILL HASNT DONE ANYTHING. Photos are what he left us with and he left a hole in our kitchen ceiling where he dropped a pipe.

Absolute appalling service. When he was due to come out he kept putting back the time meaning I was waiting hours for him to turn up. He turned up to the job without materials he needed so had to leave to get the stuff he needed. He was gone for over an hour to go to a shop which was a 10 min drive away. After he left and said that the job was complete we noticed that it was intact incomplete. He agreed to come back to finish it however has never turned up. I have waited for him on three occasions. Ignores phone calls and text messages, I know he had his phone on him as I used a different phone to contact him which he answered straight away. He has also taken some of the remaining parts with him and wont return them so now not only are we going to have to pay someone else to complete the job we are going to have to buy the parts so that it can be done. I urge no one to use this company . He is unprofessional and does not care about his customers. Time waster
