Sam turned up on site and gave a quote which was agreed to. Took over a month to arrange date for works. This date was missed because the team were "working late" the night before. Date rebooked and when i called to confirm office advised no jobs booked in. Terrible communication from these guys. I have had better luck with communications at a sance.

I recently had a terrible experience with SC Door Co, a shutter repair service company. Our business premises had a faulty shutter door that needed urgent repair, and we called upon their services to fix the issue. Unfortunately, my experience with them was extremely disappointing. The first visit by one of their technicians was promising, as they identified the problem and stated that they needed to order parts to complete the repair. A day and time were agreed for the repair work to be carried out the following week. However, on the day of the scheduled repair work, I received a text from SC Door Co stating that they had to cancel and reschedule for the following week as they had not received the necessary parts. This was an inconvenience for us, but we understood that sometimes these things happen. The following week came, and I contacted the company to confirm that they would be attending to the repair work. Unfortunately, to my surprise, I did not receive a reply. I called and texted the number they provided, but there was no response. I tried several times over the course of two weeks, but still no response. I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by SC Door Co. Their lack of communication and failure to keep their commitments has caused us a great deal of frustration and inconvenience. I would not recommend them to anyone who is looking for reliable and trustworthy shutter repair services.
