Carol and her team provided excellent service. She was professional at all times, very warm and caring. Having a female Funeral Director was comforting to me, knowing my mam was being cared for by a woman.

Absolutely first class service for my auntie today. I want to say a massive thank you to Carol for asking my husband if he'd like to go in first to the crematorium as he is a wheelchair user. It was so thoughtful. It was all done to perfection by everyone. Thank you so much.

Recently I had the pleasure of working in conjunction with Carol Finn funeral services to assist in the burial of a very close friend . I have been a florist working in the industry for 25 years and was blown away at the attention to detail with regard to the service provided . The consideration shown to the needs of the family was exemplary and watching Mr Finn walk in front of the amazing horse drawn hearse from St Josephs church in Millfied to her place of rest in Sunderland cemetery is a site I will not forget outstanding !!! Carol Finn is a beautiful person and she and her team provide an exemplary caring, sensitive and compassionate funeral service that wonderful celebrates the life of the person. Along with Celebrant extraordinaire Eileen Osborne, Carol Finn conducted the service for my daughter Tina who died suddenly and unexpectedly in 2020. Two years later, the same team conducted the service for my mum. Both were beautifully personalised to my daughter and to my mum in every detail. Moreover, Eileen and Carol have sensitively and lovingly supported my neuro-diversely challenged grandson, who was only 11 when his mum died. Carol Finns and Eileens support has positively impacted upon how he has been able to process and heal from the deaths of two beloved family members who were central in his life, not just at the time, but in the aftermath. This in turn has impacted upon his emotionally maturity generally, it is priceless. My grandson is a superstar! and you are very special, caring people to have brought out the very best of him. This is beyond exemplary and we thank you from the very bottom of our hearts for the way you have supported our family through trauma, loss and sadness.
