        This used to be a good funeral provider but sadly not anymore. The whole process was rushed, curt and they were only interested in the money. During my appointment I wasn't even offered a chair. I was dealt with by the receptionist who wasn't interested, didn't know any relevant information so she couldn't answer my questions and she was ticked off when I wanted to read the paperwork. A few days later I was called by their bereavement support service and all they wanted to do was sell me legal services and ended the call quickly when I didn't want to give them my personal financial details. They were only interested in turning someones death into a quick buck. EDIT: I have today received a phone call from the business saying that they expect me to collect the ashes myself even though they charged me 100 to have them delivered to my home!

        Exceptional service from this funeralcare . Polite and considerate staff nothing too much trouble . Dealt with our mothers funeral 2019 service so good went back to co op to deal with dads funeral . Would not hesitate to use this company again five star plus .
