Gary's calm and caring nature helped us to navigate some tricky family dynamics and he delivered a beautiful service giving Tommy the respectful send off he deserved. In our time of need Jayne really did looked after us. Professional throughout, nothing was a trouble. Chapel of rest really inviting, warm and friendly. She put our minds at rest as she took us through what was the hardest part of our lives. Her special touches and presents to my mam which she loved. Everything was spot on all the way through. I couldnt of asked for a better person to give my sister the best final journey. X

Jayne and her team are truly wonderful people. They helped us all through an unbearable time after the sudden loss of Lawrence, we were treated with dignity and compassion throughout, even a cheeky laugh at some of the memories. Thank you all from the bottom of our hearts x
