The Wild Bunch

Very very disappointed with the service from the wild bunch , used them for years and would never have went elsehwere until now when I can say I will never be using them again , I called the 31st of January to order some flowers to collect on Valentines Day kept in regular contact throughout the day to arrange delivery for 5pm I was going to be a little bit late so notified Lisa in plenty of time to which she told me it was okay and to just call when I was outside I arrived at 5:45 and rang but did not get any answer I called multiple numbers for the wild bunch multiple times and even messaged their Instagram page and still did not get any answer I waited until 6.35 outside and eventually left , went on to leave a review on Facebook which they have blocked me for however still not got in contact about my order, absolutely disgusting service from a company that I used to rate very very highly, gutted.

Had some birthday flowers from here last week and they are absolutely amazing. I thoroughly recommend this shop to everyone who loves beautiful quality flowers. They still look and smell fabulous

Really disappointed and will never use again, which is a shame because they were my go-to for many years when sending flowers in the Sunderland area. Birthday flowers (50 order), delivered to the wrong address and left down the side of that house as nobody was in. Couple of calls during the day to find out where the flower were resulted in acceptance that the flowers had been delivered to the wrong address. End result, birthday flowers delivered to the correct address at the very end of the day and because they had been out in the open all day - already past their best. Picture of flowers from recipient the next day added to the disappointment, not what was ordered at all and full of 2 foot stems here and 6 inch stems there. Looked more like a pantomime dame than a contemporary bouquet. Fast forward >1 week and still waiting on the refund, which was offered with much reluctance - we are a small business who are now out of pocket... it's still a lovely display... it hard to deliver exactly what you ordered based on stock... Chased up refund a couple of times and only seem to answer when I call from another number each time. Not much of a reviewer to be honest but felt compelled on this occasion. Promised refund had been actioned but clearly no intention of following through.

The Resth I ordered looked half dead everyone at the funeral commented on it 30.00 is a lot of money to pay Won't use them again

Ordered white flowers for delivery for my wife. This bunch of flowers were absolutely out of this world to a different league totally beautiful. My wife was really happy and we still cant believe for the money how beautiful they are, even delivered to Houghton from Hendon. Can I just thank the Wild Bunch what a flower shop x
