Absolutely amazing service, perfect fresh flowers as always, our Mams were extremely happy with the gorgeous designs created by a great florist for Mothers Day. Lily Bows also created and supplied all of the flowers for my daughters wedding, They were absolutely perfect in every single way. I had used other local Florists previously, but have only used Lily Bows Bows for the past couple of years and wont now use anyone else. . Since theyve moved to their new premises, I now enjoy popping in for my flowers and enjoying a nice coffee while I wait and buying my granddaughter some sweets, so its a win win, I cant wait until their coffee shop is fully open.. Keep up the excellent work team Lily Bows! X

I'd never use this company if they were the last florist on earth! Tried to deliver to the wrong door then text and left a voicemail to say we'd now have to wait until tomorrow which I said I wasn't happy about as its their error and not mine, they insisted half a dozen times that I was wrong and they were in the right and had gone to the correct address. They reluctantly went back to check and bluntly hung up on me before delivering to the correct address with no apology at all, just a message saying "received/delivered" to which I responded sarcasticly for the lack of apology which was then followed by sheer attitude and lies! I should have expected this really as my telephone call to order the flowers was anything but welcoming, a very miserable tone and manner. Total unprofessional service from start to finish!

Been here a couple of times now for gifts and the flowers are gorgeous, would highly recommend!
