This is the 4th debt collection I have used and by far the most professional and successful. I dont get that many bad debts but majority passed to them have been recovered. I have also recommended them to several of my clients.

I have now been a self employed plumber for nearly 5 years and bad debts were never an issue till the last 6 months. I was contacted by this company at a time when I had 4 bad debts outstanding. After listening to what they had to say I signed a 12 month contract with them. One of the best decisions I have made as they managed to collect 3 out of the 4 debts I had outstanding. Any problems I have now is passed straight to them to deal with as I know they will do the business.

Had a phone call from these guys explaining how they can get my money back that Im owed from a company claiming insolvency. They claim they are FCA registered and VAT registered ??? I dont see how After doing some research the company they claim to trade under is dissolved. They have changed their name which also shows as dissolved. Keep away and dont fall for it

Opportunists, do not do due diligence on the debts, cold calling continuously. If they run their claims like their new business leads generation, then it's doomed to fail. For the vert LAST TIME I HAVE NO BAD DEBTS, I AM FINE, THANK YOU. IF YOU CALL ME AGAIN, I"LL SEEK LEGAL / GOVERMENT ADVICE to get your business closed down

Been generally impressed with the service up to now. I dont get many problems with bad debts just the odd awkward customer which I let these deal with as it saves me time so I can concentrate on other things moving the business forward.
