I would give no stars if I could .... been waiting 2 days now for our food to get delivered..no answer from the shop ...no food....no reply from email , terrible customer service, waste of time

Love the interior of the restaurant, food is delicious, take away service is also great. My first choice when I fancy a treat. After returning from abroad after a few months can safely say that this restaurant/takeaway is the best in Sunderland, if you haven't already tried this place then please do, give the loaded boxes a try, the burgers are awesome too

Absolutely beyond awful. I've never had to wait 2 hours for a burger and chips before. By the time it arrived and after being fobbed off twice by staff answering the phone in the restaurant, "He will be there in ten minutes" "He is in your estate right now". The burger bun was rock hard, the lettuce had actually cooked, the edge of the burger was hard. The box was wet due to the condensation, the coleslaw was warm and the fries were unsurprisingly soggy and inedible, everything went in the bin. I was offered 10% off if I ordered again as if I would order again?? No way, thanks.

The food is banging in here. I like the settings and them ting der. The only downside for this restaurant is the food delivery, it takes too long.
