Spice Hut Sunderland

Ordered delivery, took a while to arrive. We ordered two naga donner meals, one chicken wrap meal and three extra chips. Got one naga sauce and two garlic sauces. The naga sauce spilled all over the drink cans and the food which was annoying and a bother to clean up. Couldve been packaged better, especially since this isnt the first time, could do with some more sauce as there was not enough, especially with the spillage. Other than that food was good and tasted delicious. I'd consider coming again.

Ordered from here for the first time tonight following the great reviews we've seen, was told 40 to hour delivery. Yes fine no issues with that.. but then we had to phone 40 mins after the hour waiting time to ask where food was and they just hung up the call! Absolutely shocking customer service. Edit... driver finally turned up 2 hours later but it wasn't her fault at all we explained how long we'd waited and said we no longer wanted it. Shame was really looking forward to trying it. If when we rang back they'd explained they were busy and it wouldn't be to much longer, fair enough but we got nothing, just the phone put down on us, Not acceptable really.
