Many times I have ordered from this place. The last 2 encounters with the restaurant have set in stone my decision to never use their service again. Absolutely under any circumstances. My partner really doesnt agree with mushrooms and they make her physically poorly. The first of the two occasions I placed an order via their mobile application and left a note in the description that under any circumstances can there be any mushrooms on the pizzas, I then as a precaution called the restaurant to confirm the specified dietary requirement. They told me that it had already been made and I had to buy a new pizza as they blamed me for not writing a note and calling earlier. The second occasion was exactly the same. However this time I rang the moment i placed the order aswell as adding the note and the restaurant attempted to pass the blame by telling me i should have written a note, even though I did and I confirmed the specifics verbally. This time a new pizza was made free of charge but for me it was not just the ignorance but also the fact thry tried to pass the blame. Hopefully others have better things to comment.
