    In August 2021 my mother had a leak fixed under her sink. All good. Consequently, she asked for quotes for a number of other jobs, explaining that she couldn't have them all done together, it would depend on price. However, the quote provided was for ALL the jobs together. She rang to ask for itemised quotes. They said they were busy, but would get back to her. After some months, both I and then my husband rang to chase up. Instead of telling us they didn't want the jobs, we were repeatedly fobbed off with 'it will be with you soon'. Guess what. No response. Unreliable and dishonest. Service: Plumbing pipe repair

    Avoid at all costs. The engineer came, broke something in the boiler and then told me I had to pay for the replacement which I have had no choice but too as my tenants cannot be left without hot water and heating due to it being winter. The work was supposed to be carried out 18/11/2022. It was to be a general service of the boiler.Once the engineer had broken the piece I was told one story 18/11/2022 and a different one 19/11/2022 He broke it. 300 later I am then told this was for the part, labour (more time in his van then at the property) and I am then I am told I have to pay for another service on the boiler. Ive now just received a call from my tenants to confirm that the boiler doesnt work, they have no heating or hot water 2 weeks after a job they completed. Needless to say we wont be coming back to this company as this is shoddy work
