Cannot recommend highly enough. What should have been a couple of fairly straightforward repairs turned into a nightmare due to the way my house had been (incorrectly) wired originally. The house fought back at every turn, and its design meant that much of the wiring was inaccessible. At one point, ripping all the ceilings down seemed to be the only solution, but Stephens' dogged determination not to leave me in the lurch despite repeated setbacks, none of which were his fault, and his innovative thinking of ways around each new problem that arose has left me not only most impressed but fully functional! A very pleasant man to have in the house, and contacted me to say he would be later than expected for one appointment (how many trades miss this essential skill).
