        Booked an appointment with them 2 weeks in advance. Called the evening before the appointment to confirm the time of their visit. Said theyd let us know the next day. Next day told us itll be after lunch. Got a call at 1pm saying theyve reached while we were at the bank. We said wed be there soon and would really appreciate it if they stayed. They said ok. When we reached home they had left without informing us. Said wed have to rebook an appointment now because we werent home. Poor communication and lack of flexibility. Would not recommend and will not be using again.
