What a fantastic and professional service from our first visit to the showroom ,right through to the fitting , we were given advice and knowledge we were updated every step of the way I would highly recommend this company we shall be definitely use them again thank you all .

DO NOT USE THIS COMANY. We got two solidors fitted just under 12 months ago and to date there have been SIX call outs, with a SEVENTH and EIGHTH now needed, ranging from a loose lock barrel to sticking handles to gaps in the door to water ingress to a pin coming out of its housing. The blue polythene was also left behind the door plates which shows a complete lack of pride in their work. The director, Mr Eddie Wood, is aware of the seventh and eighth issues but isnt responding to my emails anymore. Mr Wood says customer service is important to him, but his silence on the latest issues suggests otherwise, and in any event he only gets involved when theres the threat of a negative review of his company. I asked Mr Wood to come out in January when the sixth issue was identified, but I was told by his assistant he had appointments he couldnt change, yet when I emailed Mr Wood he said he wasnt made aware that I wanted him to come out as he would have moved hell and high water to attend. Mr Wood is now distancing himself from one of the latest issues (daylight can be seen at the foot of the door - seventh issue) blaming Solidor, which begs the question why he sent a fitter out to resolve the very same issue in early January, which his fitter did resolve in part. The eighth issue (water ingress) was notified to Mr Wood on Sunday yet Im still waiting for a response. Mr Wood accuses me of verbally abusing him (all I did was set out the truth - no abuse whatsoever - email evidence to prove) to deflect away from the unacceptable issues his companys poor fitment have caused. He also accuses me of harassing many members of his staff. Ive only dealt with two, and the numerous emails sent were as a result of issues with the doors that needed resolving after spending in excess of 3000 with his company. Not unreasonable I feel. An audit trail of all emails will prove no harassment whatsoever. I would strongly recommend NOT using this company as they clearly cannot do their job properly as the above evidence suggests, and when Mr Wood gets tired of a customer constantly contacting him due to issues his company causes, he starts throwing about libellous statements to deflect from his companys poor performance and to try and get out of dealing with said issues. This is a quote from Mr Wood from another review I posted I won't be responding to any more of your emails or threats on any other negative reviews as you have taken up enough valuable time from many members of my staff & myself. I wouldn't want to detract from the people who matter OUR LOVELY CUSTOMERS. This suggests to me that Mr Wood doesnt deem a customer who has had numerous issues with his companys failure as a lovely customer and I dont matter. I think this epitomises Mr Woods level of customer service. RESPONSE TO OWNER: Fictitious review? Cyber bullying? Do you want me to start publishing the plethora of emails re your companys utter incompetence? Im still waiting for a response to the latest two issues caused by your companys utter incompetence.
