No hold system on the phones so you just have to repeatedly ring. Rang over 200 times this morning between 8 and half past. It rang out 3 times and the rest said user busy. Finally got through to someone called Dan who was very abrupt, told me they were now fully booked and that all calls had been answered implying I had lied about the three times which it rang out. Genuinely no idea how anyone gets an appointment here.

Making an appointment to see a doctor is almost impossible. I am told by the receptionist to telephone at 8 o'clock in the morning, along with everybody else, to make an appointment - has the practice manager tried themselves to call at this time, it is nearly impossible to get through. Surely they could change the system so that you can telephone between 8 o'clock and say 10 o'clock. The present system has been in operation for at least 2 years that I am aware of and really needs to be updated for something more patient oriented.

Took an hour to get through, including two hang ups, spoke to Dan who promised to call me back that day regarding appointment for flu jab as the practice had sent me several texts, that was 24 October 22, still waiting for his call.

Shocking the way this doctors gone down hill, for months I've tried to get an urgent appointment with no luck.
