Worst practice I have ever dealt with impossible to get an appointment doctors don't listen and second guess your illness I know what's wrong with me as other better doctors have told me ones I trust and have known me for years it has not gotten any better waiting all afternoon for them to call to see a note on my NHS app saying i gave them the wrong number when calling the receptionist that they had not tried to call me and that they have the right number by far the worst doctors i have ever dealt with The service just keeps get worse only offering telephone appointments I had 8 people in the queue before me still only got offered a telephone appointment in pain and then the call an hour after they said and it rang four times before they hung up

Terrible place the people who are working reception are useless and don't care think they are doctors themselves when they haven't got a clue change doctors as these mess you about.
