        My mother foned to speak or have appointment with a doctor the reply was the doctor will fone you that afternoon a whole week later still no call so they advised her to go to the Hendon doctors my mother is 91. Absolute disgrace. Can't get an appointment at any time

        Phone up Friday 27/5/2022 to ask for appointment for consultation over phone with a doctor to be told none available and told to go to Pallion call in centre...I did av covid for 2 weeks before that but caught a bad case of flu was reason..so I would av to get bus over as don't drive..but didn't go...nxt day I was worse I phoned111 they sent me emergancy response ambulance out

        If your thinking of putting a complaint in about this practice dont bother as the Practice Manager lies through his teeth but he forgets i have the evidence. He claims that Townend Farm is no longer in the catchment area.
