        If you are ill you will get paracetamol and ibuprofen 2 tablets every 6 hours 4 times a day.. Forget about referral to a specialist. Nurse is lovely though.

        Rang several time on 2 days between 2pm and 4pm not 1 answer to get a repeat prescription is any one working on reception ???????

        This is a brilliant little doctors surgery .Dr Elsafy is a excellent doctor who listens well ,Janet is great nurse.Only joined this practice a few weeks ago .Two receptions are lovely and really go out of there way to help,but yesterday my partner was handing in his prescription in at the desk for his repeat medication and was rudely spoken to by a receptionist called Donna, he was told he shouldnt be handing in prescriptions in at that time and were rudely told to sit down while she sorted the prescription out and back answered me when I told her her manner was abrupt.This is a shame as all the other staff are so lovely.
