        Absolutely disgraceful practice Ive only give one star because you cant give it none. Rude and disrespectful reception staff on the rare occasion you manage to speak with them. Never any appointments and if you get one and turn up youre not on the list.Ive now been without medication for three months

        Total and utter waste of time. I'm moving to another surgery,this one is so incompetent, the reception staff are rude and useless. Cannot even deal with repeat prescriptions accurately.
