        Dr Dixit has been my doctor since about 1978 I have never had a problem with this surgery they have looked after myself and my family first class.

        Absolutely rude reception staff. I sat and watched them be really uncaring to two separate patients. They clearly need some more training in how to deal with people who are at their most vulnerable. I also had a rude reception when I arrived! Totally disgusted with reception. They will end up getting official complaints to CQC.

        I don't feel the practice is as good as it used to be. It seems that some of the staff have no time to listen to you, nor do they read the updates you receive from the referrals they made! I have now been told by a receptionist that I am not Asthmatic because they didn't send me for checks with nurse! So I used 2017 in 2020 inhalers (I didn't realise they were out of date) until they stopped working!! No follow ups!
