I personally would NOT recommend these solicitors for anything.regarding ipp, parole boards or prison law,as very inexperienced ,mo i found gabrielle to be very manipulative, devious. very unprofessional in my opinion. steer well clear of them my response wasnt directed at the director of.the company , the director of the company may have 30 years experience but i can assure you gabrielle dosent and it clearly shows !!! and further to youre response which is clearly not true,i was the one whom spoke to her and dealt with her !!!i was NOT asked for any bank statements ,when gabrielle spoke to me on the phone ,all she asked for was a copy of my wage slip,and screenshot of universal credit,,, she told me " we will prob not need them anyway , but just incase leagal aid ask for them we have them " so please do not tell me this is in a proffessiomal manner,she also tried to stop my partner from authorising and disclosing all the relevant / new information regarding his case to me... so please do not make it out like im lying and never provided what u asked for to proceed with leagal aid... as that was never the case .. you are all about the money....not the client....thats the reason my partner LET HER GO so he could get another aolicitor ,one who deals with "ipp complex cases" (gabrielles own words) I am also very aware of the leagal aid protocol ,ive had enough experience with leagal aid as my partner is an ipp . but never had any leagal firm so disrespectful in the manner they speak and deal with cases and prisoners beware !!! they say the aint money driven , but they asked for a copy of my partners canteen sheet!!!! this was including leagal aid... p.s a little dicky bird tells me that my man aint the only one jumping ship .

Dealings I have had with Emmersons Solicitors and Gabrielle in particular have been very professional and respectful. She has handled all queries in a timely and professional manner. I could not recommend Emmersons highly enough.
