The Cake Takeaway

A 8 hotdog fully loaded not a thing on it freezing no warm cheese and I ordered 2 avoid and the just eat reviews would say the fully story, I hope someone tries to contact me to correct this.

DIRE!! Got a call from the shop advising me that some of the items I ordered were unavailable to which I asked for a refund (for one of the items, I changed the other). The delivery came and I must say the food was absolutely shocking. The bubblegum cake looked as though it had been half eaten or had been returned off a previous customer. The cheesecake, wellsee for yourself in the photos. The milkshake was absolutely vile! Melted, warm and undrinkable. And they forgot to send my slush which I paid for. I called and told them and with no apology I just asked for a refund. The shop didnt send me a refund, UberEats stepped in and refunded me when I put in the request. Never again

absolute joke over an hour late freezing when it came and when i rang to try ask where my order was the phone got put down on me multiple times only orded two items from the menu would avoid

Food took almost 3 hours to arrive. Was literally inedible and the food wasnt even correct. They then refused to answer the phone so we drove to the place, got a refund. They then marked the order as cancelled, due to us apparently not answering the phone! Absolutely ridiculous. You can see the time I ordered (19:34) and the time I received that text after driving over for a refund.
