Desserts Delivered

Ordered food at 20:26 and was told it would arrive between 21:30 and 22:00. Still didnt arrive by 22:15 so asked for an update and got a text saying it was on the way and would arrive by 22:30. It still didnt arrive and I received an update that the store had cancelled the order at 22:38 after waiting over 2hrs! Ive ordered from here plenty of times before now and theyve always been late but this is very unprofessional especially the lack of communication!

Very unhappy tonight. Went into get a cake, brownie and can of pop. 1st the brownie was put into a cardboard box and all the sticky salted caramel sauce leaked out of the useless box and onto absolutely everything in the bag. Very lucky the bag was put onto my rubber car mat because they would of got a bill for cleaning my expensive car seats where I would normally put my bag and probably a bill for replacement since the sauce would damage the seats. 2nd the can of pop was covered in something that smelt like chemicals and even after washing the can it still smelt horrible so that went in the bin. 3rd There were no menus and also very little stock this has been repeatedly the case but this is nothing compared with the other problems. If you are putting sauce onto anything you need to put it into a box that is fit for purpose. The card boxs are no good for anything runny and or wet. Very disappointed. At least the cake and brownie were lovely...

Used to be such a good place, but now the crepes are rock solid, the churros are rock solid, the pictures on the menu dont match the actually dessert, you dont get what you pay for your money, not to mention it took an hour and a half to get here and Im right round the corner

Bueno Milkshake had nee flavour to it and the waffle was mid not luxury Had to wait over an hour for it to come due to an issue with delivery drivers z To top it off didnt even get a straw with the milkshake.
