The incompetence of some of the staff is breathtaking. The same woman with the grey hair and glasses has misplaced my click and collect orders now twice. Avoid if she is on shift.

Today I visited your store with a query on my sons nitendo switch which had been damaged but was insured with your care plan but unfortunately didn't have my receipt for my console but details of my care plan, I spoke to a young lad which unfortunately didn't get his name who went out of his way to try & help & give me advice on what to do next. He was really helpful & had great customer service skill & couldn't of done any more to help me.

I had a mini fridge to click and collect yesterday. When it was brought out at first I was told I'd have to put it into a trolley. I asked if they had a proper large package/ box 2 wheeled carrier as it would be impossible for me to lift it out of the deep shopping trolley. They didn't. I said I'd not be able to take it at that time ( 71 year old female) The staff were marvellous and asked a young man ( a member of staff) if he could help me. He then picked it up and carried it all the way to my car. He refused a 5 tip. May I commend him and the other members of staff for going beyond what was expected. Thankyou
