Bought a tablet 2nd of January and literally opened it to have a quick look and it wasnt suitable (never used it or any of the accessories which were still sealed) returned it on the 4th only to be told there is signs of excessive wear on it (yes after 2 days! And it was never used) and was told I wasnt going to get a refund by the jobsworth manager called Luke, the tablet was only 30 it wasnt the principle of the money it was the fact he was basically calling me a liar saying i had excessively used it over a 48 hour period when I work full time and obviously sleep so this would have left me about 4 hours to EXCESSIVELY use it. He then called me pathetic so rather than smash it over his balding head I hit it off the counter smashed it and told him to keep it as he obviously needs the money more than me! Absolute jobsworths
