Staff were absolutely lovely! Felt very welcomed upon arrival, I have a massive fear of dentists, but they made me feel so relaxed and at ease telling me everything they were doing. I totally recommend coming here!

Many thanks for my recent (14th) treatment at John st The young female dentist and her assistant were extremely courteous with me explaining clearly everything that was about to happen I feel that it makes the whole process so much easier to deal with Well done J D CLOSE

I was discharged from this service due to an admin error on their behalf. I was NHS patient that was needing help with my teeth due to struggling with brushing since I was rear ended in a high speed car crash that led to neurological damage. Bare in mind I have been with the dentist for over 25 years, gone to regular appointments and been getting more help since the car crash in 2019. Despite needing help I was removed from their patient list (again due to their admin error). I have tried to speak to the practice manager for a year about this, from emailing to phoning and have been ignored. Staff say the practice manager will get in touch, but a year later still had no word back. Very disappointed and would not recommend. I would not even pay for this service.

This was my first and only dentist until this review. I have been going here since a child, and out of habit I stayed for around 30 years. For my time there, the practitioners were for the most part lacking quality in their service. With only three dentists and one hygienist actually being of any good. All of whom mustn't have remained at the practice long. As the turnover of staff was seemingly high. In general the work I received there, didn't last long and/or I would have to return for more work, which makes one wonder. The reception staff were always top service, in my experience. However this last year I have found their tone and quality of clear and informative communication to leave me wanting. Due to mental health I have neglected my physical health these last few years, resulting in making no appointments for just as long. Which I can accept is my bag to own. However, it does not excuse that I have tried for a year to get an appointment. That I have been told I am and yet I am not on a waiting list. Now I have been informed I'm not even on their books as a patient. I played ignorance out of habit, staying with this dentistry. When in honesty, I find it beyond belief how they have survived all these years. 100% will not recommend this **** show of a dentistry.

My kids were registered here. Tried to make their first appointment after Covid to be told that because they hadn't been for a couple of years they were now new patients and couldn't be seen so find somewhere else! Rude, condescending receptionists.
