We are are new to this dentist as ours closed down and we are so pleased with church street. Our Dentist is Anita and sue is our dental nurse and they are brilliant. So friendly and caring. My daughters are nervous of certain procedures but Anita and sue made them feel so at ease and was very patient. Would definitely recommend

I knew one day Id need A LOT of dental work doing and had no idea where to start with this. I finally bit the bullet around 6 months ago and got in touch with CSDP. Everything and everyone there has been amazing. I felt I couldnt fully explain what I wanted to do with my teeth but I could explain the problems Id had and the state they were in (though I felt really ashamed!) Toni was a massive support throughout, coordinating my treatment and checking in on me whenever she saw me. Anita and Susan were amazing every time. I had lots of fillings replaced and needed to add in an emergency root canal treatment (which Anita squeezed me in the same day for - which is absolutely unreal!), I got teeth whitening and composite bonding too. I will definitely be starting a monthly payment plan here to keep up my oral health and hygiene with people I trust. Fantastic service all round. Beautiful reception area. Really helpful reception staff. Thank you all so much!

Would give zero stars if possible. Payed 60 upfront fee for a consultation. Was sure appointment was for the Friday. Received no reminder and when checked turned out appointment was for day before. Was told point blank have lost deposit the full 60 which was full consultation fee not deposit. I said would just go else where and was told sarcastically thats fine have a nice day. Have found somewhere that does free consultation so they will now be getting my custom

Today was the absolute worse dental experience of my life, & Ive been seeing dentist for 45+ years. I am also a private paying patient. First, I told Anita she had my records wrong. I broke an implant which was a large, back molar. She told me the space was too big and there was a missing tooth there. I counted my teeth after the appt, including the missing one, & she is WRONG!! She jabbed me with the needle without warning & with no numbing gel on my cheek, then she proceeded to push the numbing medicine in very quickly causing me a great deal of pain. When she was done, I said, Other dentist have told me & have pushed the numbing medicine in slowly which make it hurt far less. She turned to me & said, You know, I have been a dentist for over 10 years. She then picked up her drill & started drilling straight away without giving the medicine any time to numb me. Tears were streaming down my face & my body started shaking, & Anita either didnt notice or didnt care. She took a medical history on me at my first appointment, & I told her I suffer from fibromyalgia & hEDS. The stress of this experience is going to cause my fibromyalgia & hEDS to painfully flare up over the next few days to a week. Also, Im an American, & after reading good reviews about her, I feel like she is being prejudice against me or something. Anita doesnt even deserve 1 star! I went to this practice because more than a couple of people highly recommended them to me. Suffice to say, I wont be back & Ill be contacting the Dental General Council due to the very poor quality of overall patient care!!
