        I have been unable to join the practice as they are not accepting new patients, despite their extensive advertising that suggests they are including a huge poster on the side of the building. Misleading posters and curt receptionist led to a disappointing experience.

        I can honestly say that every member of staff I have encountered at this practice has been lovely, polite and helpful. I see Rachel the Dentist and cannot recommend her enough. She is patient, gentle and explains things well. I have always been very nervous but I put at ease every time!
