        Absolutely lovely practice. Everyone makes you feel so at ease and as a person anxious about visiting the dentist they were brilliant. Very friendly and helpful. The ladies on the front desk were lovely as soon as I walked in. Which also makes a huge difference

        First visit to this practice and Ikram was lovely. Theresa the receptionist was really pleasant and very polite. Dental nurse apologised for wait due to computer problems and was very friendly. Good experience

        I cant tell you how pleased I am with the treatment I have received from Vikram and his team. Firstly, the reception staff at Birtley are incredibly approachable and welcoming, the kindest I have met. I arrived as Vikrams NHS patient traumatised by a very poor failed crown, paid for privately. The tooth has been over shaved and was incredibly sensitive. I feared I would lose it. The previous private dentist had informed me I needed a root canal and I waited 2 months for a private consultation, during which time the tooth recovered. Vikram has successfully fitted a beautiful crown, you cant tell which is the fake tooth at all. The digital fitting process was very accurate and the crown required no adjustments whatsoever when it arrived. I am so thankful to Vikram and his team, I was petrified after the failed attempt and the results have been superb. I cant thank you enough.
