Dairy Lane Dental Surgery

Ive been a patient here for almost 30 years, all the staff are polite and friendly. Ive just had cosmetic dental work completed by Dr Thomson and its perfect. Id highly recommend this dental practice.

Last appointment was 2019, just rang for appointment was told last appointment was 2016 (proven wrong as I claim dental cost back through work) and that they are now private dentist and there's no appointment's until feb

I'd been with this practice since I was about 8 years old. I phoned in April for an appointment and the receptionist told me I would have to phone back in the summer, they didn't give an explanation why, and then hung up on me. I found out through these reviews that they went private so I've found a better dentist.

My husband Alan attended the surgery today after suffering a lot of pain and discomfort. He was understandably anxious, but the professional care he received was superb and he felt reassured by their skilled approach.Special thanks to the dentist and her assistant. Highly recommended ! Sad to add this today but I have since tried to make an appointment for myself for a dental check up and even though we have all been patients at this practice for several years I was told that we are no longer able to have nhs treatment and would have to be private now! Very disappointed I enquired about a private appointment and was told none available for three months! We are now without a dentist!
