Thank goodness we will not be using this unreliable home care service any more after this week. During the time we have used them they have blown up a microwaves, given wrong medication, lied about the time they have been in the house for a visit and then ran out of staff to attend and provide a meal, for which they are paid. Not all staff were incompetent and under trained. But generally the service is as it says in their second inadequate report. No evidence of improvement since their last report. In reply, management should know what their staff are doing, the fact complaints were not passed on or dealt with highlights the lack of communication.

What a fantastic company to work for I have joined the office team as care coordinator and what a most welcoming bunch of people they have been they have made me feel at home and have supported me with learning a new system I was unfamiliar I couldnt ask for anymore from the team hopefully for mean years to thank you again to joe and Cath for giving me the chance to work for orchard and of course Steph for putting up with me thank you all

I've worked for orchard home care for 3 years now in that time I've have worked as a carer caring for clients in their own homes I progressed to a senior position which was great gave me the opportunity to learn the rotas and on call system I have now progressed even further in the company within 3 short years I am not the training officer and care coordinator I feel proud to be given the chance to do this
