What can I say, apart from I highly appreciate the help given to me by the two ladies that where working in store on 23rd/11/2021, I had booked a room in a hotel well rented accommodation but can rent per night with a hotel called AA sunderland North, but there was no phone number nor a housing number of the property, these two ladies even used their own phones and helped me try to find the property, in the end when a gentleman entered the shop he advices it was the property opposite above bookies, and he was correct, I very much appropriate the help from these people if it wasn't for them I'd never of found the place and that's no exaggeration, the ladies are a credit to the company they work for, they are very polite and very well mannered, thank u very much ladies, I really am greatful xx

This was the 1st Ramsdens I'd visited in Sunderland 4yrs ago, the staff are brilliant, very polite and understanding, when I weren't sure what I really wanted,the manager&staff really did go out their way to help me find what suited me&advised on what was good value&were a really good price. These ladies even went totally out their way to find what I was looking for,plus bring in other jewellery which were similar in style and price with a few added extra beautiful pieces which were a little more expensive, but totally within my budget (which I did buy a few of too) . Not only were these ladies totally professional they were kind beyond their job,after visiting a few times&getting to know me better,they became ladies who I could talk too without embarrassment or judgement ,they helped me through some seriously bad times, for which I am truly thankful&forever grateful . Ramsdens (The Green) 5* for service,5* for professionalism,5* for being the amazing ladies that you are, I'd give 10*but it's only got 5! Thanks for making every visit to your shop so very much worthwhile!
