        Don't believe a word these say was in all day and they've turned around and said I missed delivery it's rather funny as they checked my parcel back in the depot at 37 minutes after they so called tried to deliver but its an hour and 30 minute drive from mine to the depot full of lies and have no care for people's belongings

        I missed a delivery so came to the depot to collect. The staff encountered couldnt have been any more helpful! The item was large and a tight fit for the car, so we took it out of the box. The staff offered to bin the box for us which was a massive help. Excellent service from everyone involved, couldnt have asked for more.

        Absolutely awful service. Driver didn't even wait for me to get to the door before posting a 'could not deliver' card. No attempt to leave with neighbour. Impossible to contact service centre.
