Had my first visit to this dental practice & I have to say the reception team, dental assistants & dentists were all brilliant. They squeezed me in at the last minute & were so friendly & helpful. Am really looking forward to being a patient with them & being treated by them. I can't praise them or thank them enough. Great place & a fantastic service. Thank you!!!!

I rang my normal dentist on Friday with toothache and was offered an appointment for next Wednesday. On the off-chance I rang 'my dentist' and was offered an appointment the same day. Tooth sorted. The staff was friendly and helpful. The dentist was brilliant. Highly recommend.

Staff were more than pleasant but I told the dentist I was in pain and I was still only offered an appointment for 3 weeks time. I appreciate services are under enormous pressure but despite the pleasant demeanour this is a dentist that does not take tooth pain seriously. The extent or nature of the pain was not explored with me and I was in and out in 2 minutes. I was not offered an urgent appointment or reassured Id be offered a cancellation as if 3 weeks of toothache is ok, shows they dont really care that much about customers.
