        Paid over 100 for a jacket to be stained all over ! Terrible customer service like are you blind to send a jacket out like this now I have to go my way to print a return label what a joke !

        Worst company I ever experienced. I purchased a Berghaus men's prism 2.0 fleece jacket. I am an avid outdoorsman and have always purchased quality outdoor gear. There jacket was declared defective upon my contacting Berghaus they needed there jacket be sent back . I paid 52.60 US dollars to return. 6/3/2019 I asked for a refund on the jacket they refunded the jacket. However I still am owed 52.60 Berghaus has never refunded my monies . Upon numerous emails they never have paid me . They are thieves and masters of deception . They have there jacket and I paid 52.60 for nothing. I will never purchase or recommend this fall short company on customer service and very cheaply made clothing . They sure make you think your buying quality but it's junk. Seams in both arms of there jacket were unraveling. Please don't buy from Berghaus.
