        3 years no money from an accident which was not my fault . No van ,no money and not even answering main insurer Aviva . Terrible company !!! Avoid !!

        Absolutely diabolical company they was handling my claim for an accident in September 2021 NONE FAULT with no hire vehicle due to the type of van i use took 6 months to finally get back on the road, so after 8 months of next to zero communication from kingsway and making a complaint to themselves and basically got told to deal with it I told them send me the information and close the case on there end, within 10 days of this I finally got closure and a settlement offer by dealing with it myself I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!!!!! STAY AWAY FROM THESE ask your insurance to find another company to represent you on your legal side of your vehicle insurance AVOID AT ALL COSTS
