I wouldnt purchase anything from this store, they are the worst store for quality of goods, communication about the goods, aftercare, you can never get through. They wil readily take your money prior to delivery, but when it comes to getting your money back for faulty goods thats a different matter. The managerial staff in store at my local are appalling. BE WARNED

The cushions had no substance, they did not fit properly,it was like sitting on a park bench.The beading around the edges was hard and dug into knees and head . Very badly made.I was not told by the pushy sales assistant that I had to take all the cushions off,backs as well and plump them up every couple of days,they are very heavy and I am a 76 year old woman with a chronic back problem.I chose this sofa because the one I sat on in the shop was solid, but the one I received felt like it was stuffed with cotton wool.A total waste of money.

Had a sofa for 6 weeks and the frame completely broke. Offered to replace but customer service has been appalling. Asked for my queries and concerns to be escalated on numerous occasions and they just don't reply.
