        The only problem that I find with the store is in the shoe department .I have to have the broader fitting shoe and they don't come in half sizes, so one shoe is always a little too big. People say, shop somewhere else, but, I like my quality foot wear.

        Don't like that loner security guard as I call him. Terribly dressed for an important role! Looks like a tramp. Started about 6 months ago. Also doesn't say anything.

        I used to think this was a good place for shopping, wrong! Avoid it and go to Newcastle. No stock so no more sizes than in shelves, Clumsy staff and little given to support the customer, directly to another site.

        Level of customer service has deteriorated especially on upper floor. Staff are miserable and lack customer service skills. Seem to be too lazy to assist customers as if they are doing you a favour when you ask for assistance. Shameful.
