Clear communication, constant updates, innovative in their approach and always suggesting in the first instance the most cost effective way to get the desired results. We are too busy day to day and it's not our area of expertise, so it's been a great asset to our business to have TPI Claims Company working on our claims and a pleasure dealing with Michael. We have no issue in highly recommending TPI.

        Not sure what's going on,I have been emailing and phoning for over a week now. I have 2 active claims in progress at the moment but no one at TPI have returned any of my correspondence.
